Hi, I am deeply concerned by the fact that the lower court has given a green signal to this plan of building a link road. I go for morning walks like so many other people on this tekdi and cannot imagine that it will be totally destroyed in the name of development. also i agree that the traffic problems cannot be solved by destroying nature and building more and more flyovers & roads coz the increase in vehicles is multiple times. Improving public transport is the only way to solve this problem. I would like to fight for this cause.

its surprising to read that increase in number of roads cant deconjest the road traffic….i request the author to explain this contradiction.
and harshad, u have suggested that well planned city is the real solution…would u like to elaborate on that?what kind of planning actually u r talking of?
