I have been following with YOU telecom through their customer care centre since last 3 months for my complaint numbers, 2007121008192, 2008020600704, 2008020600808 but in vein. I have called up today also.But they could not solve my problems. Nobody has bothered to call the customer & sort out his / her problem. You have to go through customer care of `YOU’. But they are only complaint booking agents & are not in a position to solve problems of customers.In today’s world customer is always at the focus point & ISO 9001 2000 also aims the same point.
May I request M.D. of `YOU TELECOM’ to look into these problems & inefficiencies at customer care centres & imrove them drastically to satisfy all unhappy customers.
