		<description>I have been following with YOU telecom through their customer care centre since last 3 months for my complaint numbers, 2007121008192, 2008020600704, 2008020600808 but in vein. I have called up today also.But they could not solve my problems. Nobody has bothered to call the customer &amp; sort out his / her problem. You have to go through customer care of `YOU&#039;. But they are only complaint booking agents &amp; are not in a position to solve problems of customers.In today&#039;s world customer is always at the focus point &amp; ISO 9001 2000 also aims the same point.
May I request M.D. of  `YOU  TELECOM&#039; to look into these problems &amp; inefficiencies at customer care centres &amp; imrove them drastically to satisfy all unhappy customers.</description>
