		<description>I suppose you can get the info for all candidates from the Election Commission office but that will be a very difficult task. It would be easier to just get hold of the brochures of the various candidates. If the election literature doesn&#039;t state the educational qualifications, the candidate in all probability would not be a graduate. 

Anyway most election material state the candidate phone numbers. So the easiest way to get  candidate info is to call up the candidate concerned. Before the elections you should get a friendly response. :)</description>
