For reasons only known to the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC), the PMC has now changed the official website from http://www.egovpmc.com to http://www.punecorporation.org and killed egovpmc.com.
PuneCorporation.org is definitely a better name than egovpmc, but why kill the established egovpmc.com? They could have just redirected to the new site. PMC also hasn’t shown the sense to buy the domain name PuneCorporation.com. So please note that http://www.punecorporation.org is the official site while PuneCorporation.com is a fake.
However if you are hoping to get some work done on the corporation site, it doesn’t matter if egovpmc.com or punecorporation.org is the official site, because both sites are currently not working.
I think it’s time to use the Right To Information and check which politician’s family member is minting money by bagging these contracts for the PMC websites and delivering rubbish in return.
These people who run pune corp website are a stupid lot and really are not concerened about the common man actually all the p[eople sitting there have a big english language problem and do not understand the seriousness about the website not functioning properly.

We got married in Delhi on 2005 and now residing at Pune for the last 2 1/2 years. We still do not have marriage certificate due to lack of proper information. Punecorporation.org seems to be working fine today. They even have a link to http://www.pmtpune.org to encourage citizens to check out the Bus routes. I unfortunately took the online route to pay my property tax this year. Till today, the money has not shown up in the account. So god only knows where it went.

You can go the marriage registrar office in Bund Garden or Collector office. There is a token system and you need to have all the supporting documents while collecting the token
Just be present at the given time on the same day with duly filled in forms, etc and with witnesses
You will get the certificate on the same day
Please note that, there are specific number of token limits per day so need to join the queue early just after the offices are open
