What seems to be lacking is the planning and a leadership to execute on positive ideas in unison until things get set in motion and achieve a framework where by it is further maintained. On a positive note, i believe, the folks who are driving the demand (i.e the young generation), may hopefully continue to do so when they grow older and thus bringing a change .
