The next step is to realize that one is addicted to the endorphins released by the right brain which takes over during TV viewing. Our brains revert more and more to the "reptilian" hind brain the more that we watch TV. Our subconcious cannot distinguish the fantasy from the reality of TV vs the real world. We have to decide to limit or cease watching TV depending on how much we value our intellect over childish gratification. <br>*Smiles* As my brain is my second favorite organ I chose to get rid of my TV, and while it was hard at first it got easier over time.
