Me and my wife have been thinking on similar lines for the past few months and have mostly reached similar conclusions as you have (electricity, water, and to add to that safety, basic amenities, and road connectivity issues with most cities in Maharashtra). But somehow I get the feeling that I (just like you) have raised the queries but haven&#039;t answered them. Your solutions (in short - decentralization from Mumbai and Pune to other cities)  are apt, but how do we press ourselves into doing something about it? I haven&#039;t been able to find any answers, but if you have... then you&#039;ve just got yourself a volunteer. :-)</description>
