Infact both Congress and BJP should pass a legislation in the House for 2 party systems as prevalent elsewhere so that whichever partys Govt is formed they will rule the country. If they are not able to do this then we as citizens of India should teach a lesson to the smaller parties by not voting for them if they are not allies of any one Dear Mr Harshad;
